Designing an Intergenerational Program to Strengthen Community Connections

Designed and implemented a comprehensive one year intergenerational program in 2009 to strengthen relationships between high school students and older adults. The initiative fostered mutual understanding, collaboration, and problem solving while addressing community challenges and supporting innovative, relationship driven solutions. Demonstrated strong program design, leadership, and a sustained commitment to intergenerational community engagement.
